It is necessary to know rules about usage of comma, dot, colon, and semicolon.
If you finished with spelling, grammar, and punctuation, it is necessary to correct stylistic defects. First of all, it is necessary to write essay in one style, it is not right to mix styles. Then it is necessary to pay attention on words. Maybe there are words, which don’t reflect exactly the meaning, which you want to show. In order to select right words with such meanings, it is necessary to use dictionary of synonyms. If you have made all these things and checked everything then you can consider your essay as edited and it is possible to present it to your teacher and to people who are going to are going to read it.
